Ten years, two counties, and a phone that gets answered

I have spent ten years helping people buy and sell homes across King and Pierce County — first-time buyers who have no idea what they are allowed to ask for, families selling the house their kids grew up in, and people moving across the water for a job that starts in six weeks.

The job is mostly telling people the truth on a schedule. What a house is worth. What that inspection report actually means. Whether the offer on the table is as good as it is going to get. Most of my work now comes from people I helped years ago sending me their friends, which only happens if you were straight with them the first time.

You will be working with me, not handed off. I answer my own phone, I am at the showings, and I am at the table when it closes.
